History
Following research of communities in need of primary care services, Derby was identified as a locality with absent family medical care. The medical practice was established in 1995 at 7020 Erie Road, Derby, New York, encompassing 2,740 square feet of combined clinical and administrative space.
As of February 2000 space and patient care demands increased, necessitating movement to a 6,000 square foot facility located at 7008 Erie Road, Derby, New York. The space increased to 8,000 square feet as of 2003 and we hope to continue to expand in the future.
In 1995 Dr. Paul J.Caro was the only physician at the site. At the present time many physicians and many specialists are providing care at the medical center. Please go to Services and Staff directories to view the services now available to assist you with your health care.
